“Over One Hundred and Twenty Harsh Winters” – Opening of a Collage Exhibition by Rebeka Hatházi

André Ferenc’s volume “Százhúsz csikorgó télen át – Hangjátékok József Attilára” evokes the figure of József Attila through a variety of voices and literary roles. The layered linguistic and cultural references of the poems create a continuous, multidirectional dialogue.

The collages by Rebeka Hatházi translate this polyphony into a visual language in which the works do not illustrate the texts, but rather reinterpret and expand them.

The volume was published in 2025 by Gutenberg Publishing House. The exhibition presents the fourteen illustrations created for the book.
