Conference – Education through Theatre and Community (2nd edition)

The second edition of the “Education through Theatre and Community” Conference brings together teachers, researchers, artists and specialists from theatre faculties across the country in a dialogue dedicated to the role of theatre in contemporary educational processes. The event aims to create a dynamic space for exchange between the academic environment and innovative pedagogical practices, where theatre becomes a tool for learning, exploration, and community cohesion.The agenda includes a special workshop for teachers, led by students of the master’s programme Education through Theatre, who will propose interactive methods, performative exercises, and practical applications for integrating theatre into school activities. Participants will have the opportunity to directly experience theatrical techniques and approaches designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among students. Through its interdisciplinary perspective and the active involvement of young creators, the conference continues its mission of strengthening the connection between theatre, education, and community, offering a professional framework for the exchange of ideas, inspiration, and ongoing development.
