Moderated by Corina Bucea, the discussion brings together emerging cultural managers from the local scene and students of the Faculty of Theatre and Film, in a dialogue about the period immediately following graduation. Drawing on the guests’ professional experiences, the event explores possible paths into the cultural job market, addressing challenges, opportunities, and early-career strategies, in an open setting that encourages questions and exchange of ideas.
